Act LXIII of 1992 on the protection of personal data and the publicity of public data (hereinafter referred to as “Privacy Act”) Section 3. (Hereinafter referred to as “the Registrar”) of the data subject, ie the data controller, organized by the data controller (hereinafter: the “Registrar”), for the training, events, yoga and pilates classes, education and other services provided by the data controller.

  1. Scope of managed data:

The information to be provided by the registrant is as follows:

  • Data required for mandatory information: name, address, phone number, email address, health status information on the notification page attached to this policy
  • Optional data range: address, phone number, e-mail address, date of birth, other contact details, and information on the use of the service as an attachment attached to this policy.
  1. The purpose of data management is

In the case of the data provided by the registrant, the purpose of the data is to identify the registrant, to check the registration of the subscriber for the service, to provide notification of the information requested by the registrant.

The Registrar may at any time modify his / her data and may request deletion of his / her data at any time. If the registrant chooses to delete his or her data, the data controller will destroy the information that is available to him / her and the data he has at his disposal irreversibly.

The data controller handles the personal data while maintaining the purpose of the data management. The data controller does not use the registrar’s personal data for purposes other than those mentioned above. The data controller does not transmit personal data to third parties.

  1. Data management duration:

The data controller handles the registrant’s personal data as long as it is necessary for the purposes of data management. The duration of the data handling – if the registrant does not use the services of the data controller specified in point 4 – 2 years from the date of data collection.

  1. How to manage your data management:

The data controller registers the name on the application form registered by the registrant and registers and stores the name of the registrar and the payment of the service after the use of the service, as well as preserves the original copy of the application form filled in by the registrant.

At the registrant’s discretion, he may at any time request personal modification, correction or deletion, or even request information from the data controller at any time. The registrant is obliged to inform the data controller of the changes occurring in his health condition within a timely manner.

The data controller is obliged to provide information in the 5 working days after the request is received by the registrant in connection with the registration of the registrant.

The data handler does not use a data processor to process the data.

  1. Delete personal information:

The Registrar must provide the data controller with a written request for the deletion of his or her personal data. The writing of the claim to the data controller by e-mail is also considered as writing. The data administrator deletes the registrant’s data irreparably within 5 business days of receipt of the cancellation request. The data controller must notify the registrar in writing of the fact of the cancellation, within 5 working days of receiving the request. In the event of the deletion of personal data, the registrant is not entitled to attend courses, events, yoga and pilates classes, training, other services organized by the data controller. The data controller shall also ensure that the personal data previously entered do not remain in the possession of the data controller.

  1. Data security measures:

The data controller manages the registrar’s personal data securely and, to this end, makes all necessary technical and organizational measures that are technically possible. The data controller protects personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, transmission, disclosure, deletion or destruction, as well as accidental destruction and damage, as expected in the prior art.

  1. Change privacy policy:

The Data Controller reserves the right to unilaterally modify this Privacy Policy with the prior written notification of the Registrar. The purpose of modifying the privacy policy can only be to improve the way that data is handled and how data security measures can be upgraded.

  1. Registrar’s Rights in Managing Your Personal Information:

Registrants are always entitled to request information about managing their personal data at any time. The data controller shall provide the data subject with information on the data he or she handles, the purpose, legal basis, duration of the data handling, the name of the data controller, the location of the data controller and data management, as well as any other issues related to data management. The request for information must be communicated to the data controller in writing to the requesting registrant.

You can exercise the Registrar’s enforcement rights under the provisions of the Data Protection Act and request the assistance and assistance of the Data Protection Commissioner.
